DCD Publishing is delighted to announce that it has negotiated an exclusive deal with QVC for a brand new fitness DVD ‘Jodie Prenger’s Fitness Blasts’, to launch exclusively with QVC on New Year’s Day 2014. Fronted by The Biggest Loser star, actress, singer and presenter Jodie Prenger, the fitness DVD offers viewers a unique weight loss experience.
The new concept targeted at women is centered on concise fitness ‘Blasts’ that are easy and take 10 minutes to complete. Jodie’s ‘Blasts’ can form part of a complete fitness workout or viewers can dip in and out of each Blast.
Designed to be fun, smart and most of all achievable, each Blast is specifically designed for an area of the body and as viewers progress through the workouts they will feel the all-over body effect. Whatever the part of the body targeted, legs, tum or bum, Jodie’s Blasts make that extra difference in toning and most of all weight loss.
Jodie Prenger, said “This is my first ever fitness DVD, these fitness blasts have worked for me. I am proud to present a fun and easy way to get back to shape and feel the pounds fall off.”
Jodie Prenger is best known as the winner of BBC television series I’d Do Anything and the second series of The Biggest Loser. She is a former panelist on ITV’s flagship daytime show Loose Women and Jodie has recently had her own regular slot on ITV1’s This Morning.
Jodie will be appearing in Dick Whittington at the Manchester Opera House this Christmas. After her appearance on Long Live Britain for BBC1, Jodie is currently supporting the Diabetes UK campaign to raise awareness of Type 2 Diabetes.
