DCD Publishing seals QVC deal for Zalza 2 – the Next Step the follow-up fitness dance DVD starring Russell Grant and Flavia Cacace

Following on the success of the first Zalza dance/fitness DVD in 2013, DCD Publishing is pleased to announce that it has negotiated an exclusive deal with QVC for Zalza 2 – the Next Step, launching live on QVC on 11th March 2014.

Strictly Come Dancing’s Flavia Cacace & Russell Grant are back to get viewers fit once again, in a fun entertaining way. After teaching the essential steps of the world’s greatest dances on the first ‘Zalza’ DVD. Flavia And Russell now take things a step further with an exercise routine inspired by the popular dances of Rumba, Cha Cha, Jive, Tango, Paso Doble, Salsa and Merengue.

These dance fusion workouts are exclusive to Zalza and have been created and choreographed by Flavia, winner of Strictly Come Dancing 2012 and Christmas Strictly Come Dancing 2013.

The routines are based on the theory of Interval Training, which has a massive impact on fitness and stamina. Designed for all standards and ages, using different dance routines as the basis of the workout each section works on a different part of the body.

The new DVD features an exclusive 80s Dance Party which includes two dances instructed by Flavia, as well as an 80s Jukebox section where viewers can listen and playback classic 80s anthems.

Flavia and Russell, commented: “Ever since Strictly we have loved working together and Zalza gives us an opportunity to do that while having lots of fun and getting fit. We hope everybody enjoys Zalza as much as we have enjoyed making it”.
